I spent years running FP&A for a $1.6 billion business unit at a Fortune 100 company, where I directed the full cycle of forecasting, planning, close, and reporting for senior leadership across business stakeholders.
Before that, I managed $200M+ program portfolios, built cash flow models for defense contract proposals, automated financial processes that saved 100+ hours per monthly close, and led system implementations at various public companies — including Hyperion/TM1 rollouts, rolling forecast design, and M&A due diligence modeling.
